This charming, newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment decorated with exquisite taste in a quiet, familiar building will welcome you enough to make you feel at home. We only accept reservations from families and groups over 35 years old. The space The apartment is recently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, one of them exterior, and a third bedroom with a single bed and a half. The living room is bright, with a hot/cold pump, a spacious sofa and Smart TV. A large fully equipped kitchen to prepare tasty meals and discover the flavors of the Mediterranean and a complete bathroom. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wifi, Smart TV, towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, AC with hot and cold pump, washing machine, iron and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, access with mobile phone. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so I can leave the apartment ready with the necessary equipment so you don't have to worry about anything. (crib, high chair, etc.). Other things to note *Parties are not allowed in the apartment, and special care must be taken with noise after 8pm. *Barcelona tourist tax (9,50€ per person/day) not included as it is paid directly through a link provided by the city for the payment of the tourist tax. I will provide you with the information and means necessary to do so, the city only accepts card payments. *Guest registration is mandatory in Spanish territory to guarantee public safety.
