Look no further, our place is ideal. Stay at Frederick's, in the heart of Toulouse: your ideal base for discovering the South West. In one of the most emblematic mansions in Toulouse, located in the heart of the Daurade district, you are close to the best of the pink city. Ideally located in a historic and typically Toulouse building, this Loft T1bis is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a historic mansion, in the heart of the La Daurade/Capitole district. The apartment has the charm of the old combined with a beautiful renovation. Overlooking the street through windows, you can enjoy the city while being moderately inconvenienced by its noise. Guests appreciate our place for its features: A functional kitchen fully equipped with: - dishes and cooking utensils, - a fridge, - induction stove, - an electric kettle, - a Nespresso coffee machine - washing machine, A charming living room with: - a sofa bed (optional, + €10, at least 24 hours before), - coffee table, A functional bedroom with its dressing room: - a queen size bed (160 cm x 190 cm), - small cupboards to store your belongings, - a beautiful walk-in shower, Beautiful bathroom with its historic door: - a beautiful double, - a towel dryer, - a sink and storage cabinet, - washing machine. - Toilet. Guest access You can enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided Very high speed Wifi is accessible throughout the apartment. Note that the apartment is old, tastefully renovated, and can therefore present some traces of the passing time (wooden windows, brick joints, dust...), know on the other hand that the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each rental. The keys are nearby and require a short 5-minute walk to pick them up. We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
