As a family and pet friendly cabin in Arnold we provide: - High chair, Guava travel crib, kid’s books & dishes, and a safety gate - Dog blanket, treats, and water bowl - Upper deck can be closed with child's gate to keep the littles contained - Toys, board games, and nostalgic favorites like a retro video game console, VHS movies, and a record player We're a dog-friendly cabin in California (pet fee applies; no cats). Here’s what’s nearby. - 5 mins to White Pines Lake - 10 mins to Calaveras Big Trees State Park (free entry with our CA Poppy Pass) - 15 mins to downtown Murphys for wineries and local eats - 35 mins to Bear Valley Ski Resort - Endless hiking, caves and caverns to explore, swimming in lakes and local swimming holes, fishing, bird watching and more. Explore Natural Bridges, alpine lakes for kayaking or SUP, or hike through towering redwoods. In winter, enjoy skiing, tubing, and snowshoeing, or stay cozy with a hot drink in the Nordic-style cedar hot tub. No parties. 🔌 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - EV charger available (please bring your 50amp adapter and cord) - Sleeper sofa made up for groups of 7+ or upon request - Weekly hot tub cleaning (tech won’t enter the home) - No parties allowed - Only guests on the booking are allowed - FIREWORKS not allowed. ❄️ WINTER TRAVEL INFO We’re at 4,000 feet elevation and will get some snow in the winter, levels vary by year. - 4WD or chains may be needed in snow - Driveway is flat and plowed; we provide shovels and salt - Our provider is PG&E and during wildfire season or extreme winter weather, there may be a power outage beyond our control. They usually last for just a few hours. We have a gas fireplace, gas stovetop, pour-over coffee, lanterns, books plus a lot of games for use during these times. These weather events sometimes impact Xfinity's service as well. Refunds will not be given for these power outages, wifi outages, or poor weather. 📶 CONNECTING - Verizon works great; AT&T can be weaker - Strong Wi-Fi throughout the house 📸 PHOTOSHOOTS, MEDIA & INFLUENCERS We welcome media, influencers, etc, to use the space for photos and content.
