Non-smoking. Ground floor: Two bedrooms with high quality box spring beds, living-dining area with fireplace, sofas, dining table, TV. Kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, capsule Nespresso machine with Aerolatte, fridge with freezer compartments. A shower room with hairdryer and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is available. Upper floor: One bedroom with two double box spring beds and a TV, two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with a sauna, and a separate toilet. Garden: Two terraces (south and west) with deck chairs, tables and umbrellas; hammocks. Clotheslines for hanging beach towels; JEVER lounge chairs and deck chairs. Up to 3-4 parking spaces are available on the premises. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and clotheslines. IMPORTANT: Because of the thatched roof, open fire is prohibited in the immediate vicinity of the house. In the back of the garden, there is a barbecue area with a Weber gas grill. The ditch on the long side of the property is not secured; disclaimer. The house is not to be used as a location for parties or events. Unfortunately, we are unable to host youth groups. Plenty of space for time together The large living and dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, whether at the long table inside or – in good weather – on the sunny south-facing terrace under the market umbrellas. Cozy sofas in front of the large wood-burning stove invite you to chat, read, or simply watch the fire—pure comfort. A home to feel good Through the Danish wooden windows, you can see cows, sheep, and lambs – perfect for instantly switching down a gear. In living rooms and bedrooms, classic plank flooring provides warmth and charm. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, featuring an extra-large stove, dishwasher, and a wide range of utensils, will make the heart of any home cook beat faster. The main entrance at the rear leads through the garden, which borders an unsecured ditch carrying water. The spacious south-facing terrace is sheltered from the wind and offers a panoramic view over the terraced garden and the adjacent lawn. Old trees provide pleasant shade and a fairytale atmosphere. A highlight is the spectacular sunset on the large wooden west-facing terrace – perfectly equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for active vacationers Guests with e-bikes can safely store their bikes in the utility room or hallway; the access doors can be locked.
