Indulge in luxury at this centrally-located, newly built modern private guest house. California & Japandi inspired design makes this space feel extremely unique. Featuring modern high end finishes & appliances, luxury king sized bed & bedding, 10’ ceilings, lots of light & a cozy open floor plan. It sits just 1.6 miles from University of Arizona, & Whole Foods, CVS, many restaurants are just a block away. Alley access w/ private 1 car parking & secure gate (additional parking if needed) The space An Airy, new, modern space with abundant light and a luxury feel. You can relax outdoors on the patio and private yard or lounge inside and read or have game night. Food recommendations!!! One of our favorite places to go is called Locale Neighborhood Italian which is close by and has great ambience and outdoor seating. We always get the Fusilli pasta. The truffle fries and fried artichokes are great appetizers. Their deserts and drinks are solid as well. Another place is called Indian Twist. Very good Indian food. We get the butter chicken, saag paneer, and garlic naan and get sides of chutney to go with it. Another great dish is the Malai Kofta. Another place we’ve been wanting to try is called Tumerico. Rave reviews. It’s a vegan Mexican restaurant that sounds very unique and interesting. Guest access This is a private guest house, completely separate from the main house. You will have alley access through a locking steel gate with private 1 car parking. If you need additional parking, you may park on the street and walk around to get to the guest house. You will be provided a gate access code and when you get to the house you will get a key fob to open and close the gate. To open the front door with the keypad, enter your code and press the check mark ✔️, and to lock the door when leaving, just press the Yale button. Any parties with guest above 2 will be charged $35 per night for each additional guest. Other things to note There are two routes to access the parking/guest house. One is just east of the main house and one is just west. The main house location will give you an idea of exactly where the guest house is at. When in the alley, you’ll see the giant steel gate with two black round lights on each side. The keypad is on the wall under one of the lights. The gate access is a bit tight if you have a really big vehicle like a full sized truck. All normal sized vehicles are fine Trash bags may be placed in the smaller garbage can on the side of the guest house (behind the bedroom) To lock the front door, just press the Yale button at the top of the keypad We have a new Espresso machine! Please put all your coffee grinds in the trash, and clean the machine and parts after use. If you have any issues with the machine, it helps to turn it off, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on. When you first press the power button, you are waiting for the buttons to stop flashing and be fully illuminated, then, you may press single or double shot. For steam, press the far right button, wait for it to be solid, then turn the dial on the right. You want to fill the coffee grounds about 1/4” below the top of the basket before tamping :) Fees: - There is a $35 early check-in and late-checkout convenience fee, and a $45 fee for lost or broken key fob - You will be billed for any items stained or broken
