Guest access Guest will receive a text massage the morning of their check-in with access instructions. Other things to note One pet is allowed. There will be a pet service charge of $50 for each pet (3 Pets Maximum). By booking this listing the guest agrees to these fees as well as the following terms: Guest will cover the cost of any damages or repairs needed due to pets. Guest will also be subject to additional cleaning fees if deemed necessary by our cleaning team. Late check out is unfortunately not available. There is a $50 fee if you are still in the property at 11:15am. Past 11:30am you will be charged an additional night. STRICT NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES POLICY: -Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home or garage ($500 fee) -Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed in the space.
