Set in a beautiful and tranquil position close to the beautiful medieval town of Cortona, the villa a 19th Century villa beautifully restored and surrounded by extensive grounds with gorgeous gardens and secluded areas ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. In a panoramic position below the villa is the large private swimming pool overlooking the valley beyond. The space The Villa is laid out over two floors. The first floor opens to a very large living room, with a massive fireplace, a large kitchen with supplemental addition of dish washer and freezer and a service bathroom without tub and shower. On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds all furnished with important antique pieces and beds, two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. Externally you will find a big natural terrace with a spectacular view of the valley and the Lake Trasimeno. A table for breakfasts and dinners is there nearby the path which leads to the swimming pool. WI-FI.
