The space Smoky Modern has three beautiful bedrooms, a living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry, game room loft, and two full bathrooms. The spacious deck has a hot tub, dining table, rocking chairs and couch for gathering with friends and family. BEDROOM 1 (second floor) * King-sized bed * Arm-chair converts into a full-size twin bed * Rollaway twin bed in closet * Ensuite bathroom You'll enjoy slumbering in this spacious bedroom or lounging in its plush armchair while watching your favorite streaming shows on the 55" Roku TV. The large closet provides plenty of space to unpack and settle into your private suite. The ensuite bathroom is beautifully designed in moody black tile with gold accents, that provide calming spa-like elegance. BEDROOM 2 (first floor) *King-sized bed Bedroom 2 has easy access to the hallway shared bathroom. A leather wingback armchair offers the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the view of the backyard woods, searching for a glimpse of the neighborhood bear, or whiling away the time watching movies on your 55" Roku TV. A closet and storage cabinet provide space to unpack and settle in. BEDROOM 3 (first floor) *Queen-sized bed Bedroom 3 has a plush upholstered armchair and a 55" Roku TV ready to keep you entertained. The shared hallway bathroom is just steps from your bedroom door. A closet and console table drawers provide space to unpack and settle in. KITCHEN: The large chef's kitchen contains all the equipment you need to whip up feasts for your friends and family. The wraparound quartz countertop provides ample space for food prep and serving close to the 8-seat dining table. When the weather is pleasant the dining room door opens up to the spacious deck where another 8-seat table is ready to host al fresco meals. A gas grill on the deck and a charcoal grill next to the parking area make every culinary option available to the foodies in the group. LIVING ROOM: Your friends and family will gather in the living room to enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace or a movie on the 65" Roku TV. The beautiful sectional leather sofa has ample space for the entire group to spend time together. DECK: When the natural beauty draws you outside, the deck reaches into the trees providing a leafy escape to relax in the 5-person hot tub, enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table, sit a spell in the rocking chairs or gather on the outdoor sofa to soak in the sun and scenery. GAME ROOM LOFT: When it's time to come inside, the open loft is a perfect place for a game of pool. Beanbags offer kids a fun place to sit and read or play from the selection of board games provided. You'll be enticed to bring your morning coffee up to the loft and swivel the leather armchairs around to take in the views of the forest and catch a glimpse of the mountains from the best view in the house. WORK SPACE: If remote work is calling, a dedicated work desk is available for you. While here, please sign our guest book and browse the brochures to plan your next local outing and adventure. LAUNDRY: And if life gets messy, you'll enjoy your washer and dryer, just off the kitchen. Here you'll also find a vacuum, mop and pail, a few cleaning supplies and a first aid kit. Guest access The whole house is available for the guest's use. Other things to note You'll be provided with a starter pack of all the supplies you'll typically need for your stay including: • Hand soap • Mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner & body wash in each bathroom • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom • 1 roll of paper towel • Dish detergent • 2 Dishwasher tabs • 2 Laundry tabs • 1 Kitchen sponge This should cover you for at least the first few days. If more supplies are needed, you can likely find them at Family Dollar just a 3-minute drive away. TRASH: Our local wildlife love getting into the trash, which isn't good for them or you. That's why we provide a bear-proof trash container. If you fill the internal trash cans, please make sure you place your trash inside the bear-proof container in the parking area. If you have more trash than fits in that container, please let us know and we can make arrangements to have it picked up. CHILDREN: The house is child friendly, but not child proofed. As always, please keep a watchful eye on your little ones. INSECTS: In the Smokies we share our environment with a variety of bugs. There's a chance that some might be found inside and outside the property. We have a pest control service that routinely treats the area around the house to reduce the chance of our guests meeting these unwelcome visitors.
