Welcome to The Eyrie: a 4 BR, 7-bed home on a world-class golf course. The home is abundant in interior and exterior living space, including a fire pit and a large wraparound deck where you can view golfers and wildlife. Our home includes all the amenities you need to have a wonderful stay. Marina, rec center, pool, golf club are close by. 10 mins from historic Eureka Springs for shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The space This home comfortably sleeps 12. Bedroom #1: king bed and twin bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Dedicated workspace and a comfy rocking chair can be found here as well. Bedroom #2: king bed Bedroom #3: three single beds can be arranged different ways; either three separate beds, OR the bed with the lightweight metal frame may be moved next to the lower bunk bed to make a double bed. Bedroom #4: queen bed, located away from the other bedrooms. Hall bathrooms: a full sized bathroom with a tub is located between bedrooms #2 and 3. A half bath is located across the hall. Living room: couch pulls out to make a double bed. Linens and pillows may be found in the ottoman. Kitchen: many amenities can be found here, including 2 refrigerators and a double oven. Cabinets are labeled for all amenities. Dining room: two separate dining areas are available that each seat 4. If additional seating is needed, a fold out table and chairs are located in one of the hall closets. Laundry: washing machine and dryer are available for use. Outdoor: we are proud of our spacious deck! Please feel free to use the gas grill, but we cannot guarantee the propane will be full. You can refill the tank at Powell’s Hardware if needed. There is also a fire pit located on the gravel away from the deck for your use. Baby amenities are located in the hall closets, including a regular and large pack-and-play, and a high chair. Board games are to be found in the blue cabinet in the entryway.
