The space This peaceful retreat offers you three comfortable bedrooms for a total of 11 beds (two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with three single beds, and two sofa beds). Air conditioning for optimal comfort, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. Relax on the large terrace with picturesque lake views, or explore the surrounding forest for soothing walks. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this quiet oasis is ideal for fishing, playing pétanque, reading the novel that has been hanging on your bedside table for a year, or a game of family darts! A draught mare and a pony. - Large covered terrace of 75 m² with lake views. We invite you to read our house rules before making a reservation, but to answer the most frequently asked questions: - Bedding provided, with extra duvets for all beds. - Two towels provided for each guest. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper. - A few pods for the Dolce Gusto (coffee and chocolate), coffee for the filter coffee maker, tea, infusion, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. - Wi-Fi available throughout the property. - The place must be treated with respect, cleaned and in good condition. The “cleaning fee” covers the many hours spent washing all linens, maintenance and cleaning that we do after each departure. - Non-smoking house. - Parties prohibited. No worries for quiet evenings. No additional guests without notice, and a maximum of 11 people present at the venue. - Arrival and departure in total autonomy. We live right next to the farm, so available if you have any concerns or need someone on site. - Check-in time from 4 p.m., check-out time before noon. - Our animal friends are accepted, for a maximum of two dogs, with the obligation to keep them on a leash if you go for a walk towards our horses. - We provide a large part of our land for you to walk and relax. But we are counting on your utmost vigilance to ensure everyone's safety (avoid walks in the forest in strong winds, supervise children near water points, risks of falls, etc.). We do not accept any responsibility in case of accidents. - In case of damage or deterioration, please let us know immediately, we appreciate transparency on this side.
