Five minutes from Burnt Store boat ramp and kayak launch and Ft Myers Beach just 25 miles. The space The design features open floor plan, high ceilings, all new furniture, and fresh paint. Kitchen: The open kichen features an island with bar stools, fully stocked with all new kitchen equipment for preparing and serving dinner. The water in the house is drinkable (reverse osmosis system), and for the distinguised palettes we also provide filtered water through the refrigerator and a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator. If the kitchen is missing something that would make your stay even better, please do not hesitate to let us know. Bedroom #1 The master suite has a king Tempur Pedic Adapt mattress, long dresser with mirrow, two nighstands, full length mirror, 55 inch tv, walk in closet with extra pillows, remote ceiling fan. Master bathroom has double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed with a Sealy Posture Pedic Plus Hybrid mattress, long dresser with mirror, bed side table and remote ceiling fan. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed, and a twin bed, dresser, and remote ceiling fan. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. It offers navy decor and wicker furnishings for a homey feel, dresser, side table and remote ceiling fan. Dining Room: Dining room table that seats 6 Back Patio: Outdoor gas grill, 4 lounge chairs, 3 small tables, outdoor couch, 2 rocker chairs with foot rest. Guest access Entire home and garage access. Relax on the patio and enjoy the unique experience of watching the protected burrowing owls in their natural habitat. - You must be 25 years of age or more to book this property. - Booking guest must be in the residence for the entire reservation. - We do not allow bookings for others, the primary guest must book through their Airbnb account. - The house is inspected after each departure and if any stains/damages are noted we will file a claim with Airbnb for the guest to be charged. - Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: If we find a unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 for cleaning and damages. - No Smoking or Vaping inside: If any signs of smoking or vaping are documented in the home, a $750 ozone cleaning fee will apply for violations. - No other guests except the original booking party unless otherwise discussed with the host. - Absolutly NO parties or events allowed. Violations result in a $600 cleaning fee & immediate eviction. - Keep doors closed when AC is running to prevent system failure. - Tiolets - Only flush toilet paper (no wipes, paper towels, etc.) - No more than 8 guests allowed.
