This house was built in 1674. Our "grand dame" has been lovingly restored. Your rooms are effectively a small self-contained two-bed apartment including a compact lounge area including one sofa and double bed, large TV, fridge and microwave, kettle in the wardrobe. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located right next to Piccadilly Circus within St James yard and next to SOHO and WestEnd. Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square is a 2min walk. The space Bedroom 1 : a beautiful ceiling star lights and a double bed, which connect to a large bathroom with large 4 seat bath (without bubble function). The compact bedroom 2 and living area consisting of a double bed, a fold out sofa bed. Bathroom: Guests need to go inside bedroom 1 to get the access to bathroom. You occupy the entire floor privately and lockable on a total floor space of ca. 35sqm of 376sqft. WiFi is only available on the ground floor in the kitchen and dining area. Guest access NO EXTRA GUESTS!!! ONLY PEOPLE WHO MENTIONED IN RESERVATION!!! Your room includes a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, cutlery). Guests can access shared kitchen, washer and dryer on the basement level and hallway. It means that other people might use these shared spaces as well. We are kindly asking you to follow the rules: - Please be friendly to all others in the house. - No loud music or noise after 21:30 PM. - No extra guests apart from people mentioned the reservation - No drugs in the house - Confirmation of the name of each guest who will be coming - If someone will be smoking inside of the premises, you will have to pay £500 of fine and it will be deducted from your deposit. If any of the house rules will be violated, we reserve a right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and you will not receive any of your money back. During your stay Check-out is at 10 AM. During week days: Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. During weekends: Check-in is from 2 PM to 3 PM. Left luggage on check out from 10 AM-1 PM - subject to availability which will be confirmed on the same day. Please let us know the latest 24 hours beforehand so we can plan and schedule. 24/7 Self-check-in available, outside of standard hours personal check-in fee applies. Extra guest fees: Please note, it is important that we know the exact number of people staying. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities. There is a £ 40 /person/night extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking. This fee will be doubled if there are additional people communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without a refund should there be more people staying as per booking. Up to 2 babies till 2 years of age are free of charge for the stay. We are happy to provide chargeable baby/travel cot (no sheets) under request and it costs £30/day. You will be met up in person and walked through the entire property showing you all amenities.
