House Rules We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for all our guests, so we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following: • No smoking allowed (E-Cigarettes, Vaping, etc) Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. If we detect smoking or find cigarette buds, there will be an additional cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000 to remove the smell and clear any smoke residue. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a fresh environment for future guests. • No parties or events allowed • No illegal substances allowed on the premises To ensure a peaceful stay for all residents, parties and drugs are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10 PM onwards. Please be considerate of neighbors during this time. • No pets allowed • Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out • Please do not eat or drink in bed • Please do not stain linens (towels, bedsheets, quilts, etc) If any stains are not removable after washing, unfortunately, we'll have to charge a replacement fee. Let's keep the space as pristine as possible for everyone! • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceeds the security deposit • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee • Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: If you'd like to check in early or check out late, just let us know. We can arrange this for an additional fee, subject to availability. Standard check-in is at 2 PM, and checkout is at 12 PM. • Kindly treat the unit as your home :) We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Other things to note If you bring any vehicle with you: PARKING INSTRUCTIONS Parking fees are not included. For Car: The parking fee per entry is IDR 10,000 and IDR 160,000 per night. If you want to request a parking card, you will be charged IDR 50,000 per stay (photo of STNK & KTP required). Please inform me at least 1 day before check-in date. For Motorbike: The parking fee per entry is IDR 5,000 and IDR 80,000 per night. If you want to request a motorbike parking card (monthly), you will be charged IDR 205,000 (photo of STNK & KTP required). Please inform me at least 1 day before check-in date.
