The space This cozy loft, with well-ventilated air conditioning and heating, opens into a bright living room with two windows offering views of the Palazzo's 14th-century courtyard. The space includes a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, providing both comfort and convenience. The common areas leading to the apartment have all of the authentic architectural elements of a Venetian palazzo. The wide portical at the entrance leads to a hidden world unfolding its 14th century courtyard with a stunning gothic style staircase. Behind it, a peaceful garden makes the place truly unique. Guest access Arrival: The palazzo features a reception open to welcome you from 15:00 to 19:00. Our team will assist you with the check-in process and provide you with the keys to your accommodation. Early or late check-in can be arranged. For your convenience, you may use our private dock to arrive at Palazzo Contarini della Porta di Ferro by water taxi. Otherwise, an access code will be provided to enter our main entrance. The Apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Your Check-Out: Please note that check-out is set for 11:00 am. Should you wish to explore Venice further in the day, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our office for convenient retrieval before the office closes. Other things to note We can also provide extra linen and towel changes, or cleaning during your stay, feel free to enquire. Should you like a copy of the bill, you can include your e-mail address. If you need a company bill, please provide the relevant company billing details.
