The house is centrally located in the city, making it easy to get to anywhere you need to (including the hospitals). The space You'll have the top floor of my property all to yourself- the bedroom, bathroom, living room area plus desk. Downstairs in the main area you'll have access to the kitchen and all its accessories plus the dining room. I live in the house part time as well so I'll be in and out of the main floor, but my work keeps me traveling many days out of the month. I'll be around occasionally using the kitchen and main floor area but am gone for work most of the time. Other things to note I live in a peaceful neighborhood near a botanical garden, golf course, and a short drive away from the downtown scene with all its numerous attractions.
