Welcome to your home away from home tucked away in the woods! Big yard, playground, pool (Not heated and closed from Mid September to May) , trampoline, ping pong table; perfect for family vacations. Enjoy hiking at the nearby Minnewaska State Park, apple and berry picking, visiting local wineries or enjoying a meal and shopping in one of the many local towns! PLEASE NOTE: we can only accommodate 6 ADULTS and 3 CHILDREN; 9 guests in total. - NO PETS The space PLEASE NOTE: Pool closed from Mid September to May. Also, we can only accommodate 6 ADULTS and 3 CHILDREN; 9 guests in total The house is located at the end of a long driveway in a quiet community, giving you just enough privacy, so you won't be disturbed by the sight or sound of neighbors. - FIRST FLOOR - ENTRANCE You will either enter through the garage leading into the mudroom (laundry room), or through the front door that opens up to the foyer with the staircase leading to the second floor. LAUNDRY ROOM There is a large washing machine and a dryer, as well as a sink. RESTROOM There is a toilet with a sink in the entrance hallway. LIVING ROOM The main living room has enough seating to accommodate a large group, with a Plasma TV, video games, boardgames and working fireplace. KITCHEN Large fully equipped open kitchen with a dining table that can seat 8 people. DINING ROOM Next to the kitchen is a more formal dining room with a large table that can also seat 8 people. SECOND LIVING ROOM Where you can find a couch and a lounge chair. PLAYROOM From the foyer, to the left, there is a playroom with various games and toys. - SECOND FLOOR - All four bedrooms are located on the second floor. MASTER BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM With a king size bed and a large dresser for storing your belongings. There is also a work space with a desk overlooking the backyard, and a space to hang your clothes. The master has it's own private bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, 2 sinks, a toilet and a shower. SECOND ADULT BEDROOM With a queen size bed, a closet and vanity. KIDS BEDROOM STRICTLY for children only. With a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and twin on the top: the lower bed is a double that can accommodate two kids. SECOND BATHROOM Facing that bedroom is the second full bathroom with bathtub/shower. THIRD ADULT BEDROOM At the end of the hall with a queen bed and desk that overlooks both the back and front yards. PLEASE NOTE: we can only accommodate 6 ADULTS and 3 CHILDREN; 9 guests in total In the back of the house, you can wine and dine on the deck overlooking the backyard that features a BBQ, a playground, a trampoline, a fire pit and in summer, a pool (NOT HEATED) Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself except for the basement, the master bedroom's walk-in closet and a few cabinets here and there. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Pool not heated and closed from October to May. Also, we can only accommodate 6 ADULTS and 3 CHILDREN; 9 guests in total. NO PETS ANYMORE - sorry :( You are free to use our fireplace, but please bring your own firewood
