All drivers must be submitted prior to arrival for gate approval. Entry instructions are provided before check-in. Guests have full private access to the home, decks, hot tub, theater, game suites, and exclusive river park. Two complimentary resort amenity passes (up to 8 guests total) are included. Additional passes may be purchased directly from the HOA. Resort amenities are optional.
