Casa Verde

Hucares is a real Puerto Rican neighborhood, a fishing village, perfect for those that want out of the city and a chance to get away from the normal tourist traps. We are within walking distance of Playa Fanduca and the Maleco'n de Naguabo. 20 minutes to the south entrance of El Yunque and Charco El Hippie. There are wonderful restaurant's and stunning views of the ocean from our small back patio. Watch the sun set over the ocean from the kitchen window and stroll the Maleco'n at night. The space We are offering the first floor of this two-story building. Located in a quiet fishing village. We have a brand-new washer dryer combo in the unit for your clothing. The air conditioning is one large unit in the main living area that points into the bedrooms. If you leave the doors open at night and use the fans it remains very very cool. Guest access You have the entire first floor to yourselves, there is no access to the upstairs, as it is also a private space. The back yard, though still under construction, has many fruit trees including, guanabana, plantain, bread fruit, tamarind, mango, grapefruit, noni, and avocado. You do have to step up into the apartment and there is a step into the master bathroom but the rest of the apartment flooring is one level. Other things to note Parking is in front of the house. There is only one parking spot. The carport is for the upstairs residents. The main lights are on a slight delay to turn on. We have asked the retailer about this and apparently, it's part of the design. Just give them a second and all of the ceiling fan lights do turn on. We have an on-demand water heater. This means you will never run out of hot water, but it does take in couple minutes to heat up so please just be patient.
