Jump in the car for a short 10 minute drive to Port Lincoln's town centre where you will find local seafood eateries, craft breweries, pubs, great coffee and all your essential stores. Settle in and enjoy a fully equipped home away from home featuring a beautiful view and spacious outdoor areas. The space Lot One Little Swamp Retreat is a humble 3 bedroom home. You will have a full kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage, a dining area with a view and an open plan loungeroom. The Bathroom is spacious and laundry facilities are accessible to you. The toilet is seperate to the bathroom layout. Lot One shines for its outdoor spaces. Surrounded in nature and situated at one of Port Lincoln's beautiful natural water dwellings. A large lawn area is accessible to you including the childrens sandpit and play area. Wherever you chose to sit and ponder, you are likely to have an encounter with the amazing birdlife, or to simply feel at peace while taking in the serenity Little Swamp offers. There is a spot to comfortably sit outside no matter which way the wind may blow, we hope you enjoy :)! Guest access Guests have full access to the home, verandah with bar, under cover bbq / entertaining area, fire pit, garden, and large lawn! Beyond these zones it is private property, please respect the perimetres. Other things to note Pets welcome upon negotion, please contact us with your enquiries. Lot One has ample space for parking larger vehicles and vans, please contact us with any queries. The cleaning fee covers general cleaning of the BnB, we appreciate it being left how it is found. Any damages or extra cleaning may incur a charge to the booking.
