There is an extra charge as laundry cost for any request for additional new towels: Bath towel - RM10/pc. (Available daily 10 am-4 pm, beyond the mentioned time will not be entertained, prior to 1-day request) 2. The cleaning fee is charged one time based on/ per check out. No daily cleaning service is available including long stays. 3. Any cleaning /room service request will be charged Rm50/session. (Available daily 10am-4pm, prior to 1-2days notice) Note: this service NOT AVAILABLE on SATURDAY & SUNDAY 4. For any unremoveable stain/damage/missing items/ smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under cleaning fee. 5.
