It is located in the heart of Quito, in the middle of the cultural zone, close to universities, financial zone, health and historic center. It has an unforgettable view. A place for you to enjoy Quito. Visit its museums, cultural centers, and restaurants. A remodeled suite in a building that is an icon of the city's modern architecture. The space Because of its style, we have called it ART WORKSHOP. It combines the modern with the contemporary, adds industrial details, exhibits works of art, and has an unforgettable view of the city. The architectural project redesigned an apartment from the 80s. He opted for strategies of reuse of building materials, recycled wood and installation of point lighting, which results in a workshop-studio suite in an iconic building of modern architecture. The first atmosphere brings together an entrance hallway with the living room and kitchen. It has an armchair, mobile work tables, fast wifi, spot lighting, and view of the city. Features a fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, blender, and coffee maker. The second room is a bedroom with an extra size bed, TV, furniture, lamps, a large closet, and windows facing the inside of the building.
