There are high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and a balcony overlooking the putting green and first tee box. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, stand up desk/workstation and an en suite bathroom, along with access to the laundry and shower. The guest bedroom has a full sized bed, access to a balcony and guest half-bathroom nearby. Guest access Guests have full access to the space with the exception of the utility room which holds the water heater and is used for storage. Garages are not included with the property, however there is a large parking lot east of the condo with ample spaces. Other things to note Guests use the stairs to access this 2nd floor condo. Some of the sidewalks leading up to the unit are uneven and guests should be watchful for cracks. Please be mindful of the access to the condo prior to booking. Parking is not directly in front of the condo, so guests should be prepared for a small walk from the well-lit parking lot to the condo. Although a professional cleaning service cleans after every stay, some evidence of pet hair may be found. Please use the provided vacuum and cleaning supplies if the space is not to your liking. Please take this into consideration prior to booking. This is a quiet golf course condo, and loud pets are not tolerated. If your pet makes excessive or constant noises while at the property, please reconsider booking as this is not the place for that. Some guests have mentioned the unit is too quiet and would like some white noise to muffle sounds from the adjacent golfers or clubhouse functions. Please feel free to use the two provided fans located in the bedroom closets if you would like to add some white noise to the unit.
