Our small house located 15 minutes from Besançon and fully equipped is ideal for an overnight stay or a stay to discover our beautiful region. The house offers all the comforts for 4 people (on request, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people). The space Main Floor: - Entrance with stairs (unfortunately the accommodation is not accessible for people with limited mobility) - Bathroom / WC - Living / Dining Room - Equipped Kitchen (raclette...) Floor: - Large bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV - 2nd bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), wardrobe, small desk Outside - Large enclosed lot -Balcony from living room - Garden furniture in the courtyard - In season, herbs at the vegetable garden, serve yourself! - Secure bike room (electric bike charging possible) - Parking space in the driveway (maximum 2 vehicles) or free illuminated public parking on the street 50 meters from the house (church, town hall) - 220v charging socket for electric vehicles. (on request and consumption at extra cost) Guest access You have access to the whole house. We are present from time to time in the garden for maintenance and the vegetable garden. Other things to note If we are away, access to the accommodation is self-contained thanks to a lockbox. The listing is located in a quiet area. Our trained dog friends are welcome!
