Villa Terramar, 2 min From Beach

Villa Terramar is perfect for sharing with friends and family. The house is equipped for 18 guests. It has a very large patio, pool, barbecue area with bar, hot kitchen, terrace and much more. It is just 2 minutes from the beach which you can see and hear from the house. Please remember that we live in a tropical country where there are mosquitoes, we advise you to bring repellent. The space Villa Terramar has 7 rooms, all with air conditioning and bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate 18 people. It has a kitchen and a hot kitchen, BBQ area with bar, swimming pool with jacuzzi, a large patio, private parking among other things. The house has 3 levels, the first level (which is actually the second), has two bedrooms with their bathrooms (one room with 2 queen beds and another with a full bed), kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace on the balcony. The second level has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the last with 2 queen size beds) and their respective bathrooms, finally the basement level, which is the patio, has a bedroom (one king size bed), the terrace with a hot kitchen, outdoor bathrooms, bbq area with bar. Guest access The entire house Other things to note Vivimos en la Republica Dominicana, donde se va la energia electrica y hay apagones, esta casa no es la diferencia, hay una bateria de respuesto que dura alrededor de 1 a 2 horas dependiendo de el uso energetico que tengan encendido en la casa. La piscina se limpia todos los dias en el transcurso del mismo, en dado caso de que no quiera la limpieza de la piscina por favor decirlo al momento de su reserva. De igual forma puede ser que el jardinero vaya y limpie el area del jardin o frente de la casa. Jacuzzi does NOT have heating or hot water. Las luces del frente y patio trasero encienden solas todos los dias. No contamos con toallas de playa o toallas extras se pone una toalla por cliente. El area de lavado solo esta disponible para rentas de mas de 4 noches, en dado caso necesita traer su propio detergente y materiales de lavado que usaran. La limpieza extra no está incluida, en caso de necesitar limpieza durante su estancia tendrá que pagarla a la señora de la limpieza. El patio es bien amplio y como vivimos en un pais tropical recomendamos que lleven repelente para los mosquitos. El bbq es de CARBÓN, tienen que llevar el que usarán. HOUSE RULES -No events allowed just small family party or gandering. - You can't move or remove the furniture from the house or terrace. - Please don't leave the air conditioners on if they are not in the room. -Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am. -Towels are always provided based on the number of guests you put in your reservation. Please know that if a towel is missing, you will be charged a fine of $20 USD, even if it is torn or stained. -The bottles in the bathrooms are REUSABLE; you cannot throw them away, lose them, or take them with you. If one is missing at the time of check-out, you will be charged a fine of $10 USD for each bottle. -Do not smoke inside the house. There will be a fine of $ 200 USD. -Do not eat in the rooms. IMPORTANT POOL RULES - Only wear waterproof lycra or synthetic swimsuits. -NO cotton clothing. -NO jeans. -NO denim. -NO cotton lycra. For your good, since the chemicals in the dyes of these fabrics can react negatively with the chemicals used in our pool. -Shower before going inside especially if you have sand beach. -No diving. -NO peeing. -No eating in the pool. -No glass bottles or glasses near or in the pool. -Do not leave children without adult supervision. -NO pets or any animal are allowed in the pool.
