HoLa Auszeit - former barn at Lake Dassow

Welcome to nature at Lake Dassow, a nature reserve on the edge of the Trave. Our apartment is located in Schwanbek, a district of Dassow, directly at the entrance to the village. Dassow is known as the gateway to the Baltic Sea and, in addition to its proximity to the sea, offers numerous leisure opportunities: Developed bike paths that also invite you to ride inline skates, various fitness equipment on Lake Dassow, a tiger park for young and old, the Outpost One for Star Wars enthusiasts and much more! The space Built more than 100 years ago as a barn, the building was converted into a living space in the 1990s, while the charm of the barn can still be seen. The apartment, renovated and lovingly furnished in 2023, offers enough space for 1 – 4 people. The bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed and the spacious living room with a sofa bed offer a view of the garden and access to the approx. 30 sqm terrace. The seating lounge on the terrace invites you to linger or barbecue. A Weber charcoal grill is at your disposal. In sunshine, the sun greets you on the terrace from noon. The communal garden also offers plenty of space to let off steam. If you need a workplace during your time off, you will find it included. Monitor and a 50 Mbit Internet line in the living room / dining area. An open kitchen with a fridge-freezer and stove is available for cooking and storage. You will also find a filter coffee machine and a milk frother. An initial supply of spices, oil, etc. as well as toilet paper is available, so that you can arrive relaxed on the first day. In the storage room, which is accessible from the kitchen, there is a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower tub and toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an external entrance that can be reached via the communal garden or by using the staircase. Guest access Access to the apartment is usually electronic by entering a numeric code at the apartment entrance door (access via the communal garden; the key for the staircase is stored in the apartment) or via the Nuki app.
