Overlooking the Tennessee River. We have a boat ramp a few doors down for you to launch your boat into the canal and then move onto the River. Our screened deck measures 45 feet by 20 feet. It has a tin metal roof to enjoy the River views without the intense sun or rain coming down on your head! Enjoy the views YEAR round! Inside you'll find a freshly painted interior with large kitchen with all the conveniences of home! We have an oven, air fryer, toaster, single cup blender, pod style coffee maker, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge. We have tons of dishes, disposable plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, baking pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, knives, etc. We try to make sure we have everything you may need to have a lazy cooking vacation OR cook up the best meal for your family and friends! There is a table that seats 6 in the kitchen! We provide a charcoal BBQ grill, 2 picnic tables and another table on the deck platforms below the screened deck. Below the sitting platform, there is a fishing pier that overlooks the canal below. This canal is used by the electric company and sometimes the banks are pretty high while other times it's down pretty low! Very interesting to watch and experience! Under the screened deck tin roof cover there is a sofa set that seats about 6-8 people. Also there is a metal dining table with chairs for 8. And lastly there is a round futon sofa bed that overlooks the water! This house is good for all ages, young and old as long as you can climb the 14 steps to the house. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in the king size bed. In the master closet there is a rollaway twin bed and rollaway crib. We also provide an 18 inch queen blow up mattress and 2 twin blow up mattresses. The other bedrooms have a queen that sleeps 2 and a twin daybed for 2 more places for sleeping. The house sleeps a total of 11 plus the crib (not a pack and play) We have wifi fiber internet. We offer YouTube TV and Amazon Prime. We have many other apps such as YouTube, Disney, Netflix and Hulu added to your TVs which you can sign in to watch your favorite shows! We are located about 15 minutes from Pickwick State Park, The Outpost, yummy Mexican food and Freddie Ts. We are about 30 minutes from delicious food at Earl's Grille. Shiloh Battlefield is 7 miles away as well! Great for those interested in Civil War battlefields and reenactment events. We are located across from a sod farm on a quiet street. You can come and enjoy the quiet. Watch the barges come down the River. Go to the beach just a few minutes away. We welcome Long Term Stays for those needing to work at the Papermill, TVA, traveling nurses, etc. We also are open to working with insurance companies for displaced homeowners. There are about 14 steps leading to the front door and 3 more going into the master bedroom. Guest access You will have total access to the living space on the second floor, one carport space with grill and picnic table and the RV pad in the attached lot. There is enough space to park several cars or trucks with boats. The boat ramp is just a few doors down with space to park up to 6 trucks while the boats are in the water! The lower level is a locked storage room. Other things to note Unfortunately this property is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 14 steps leading to the front door and 3 more going into the master bedroom. Also many steps leading down to the platform overlooking the water.
