There are boat charters available. Perfect weather right now for it. The 50-foot deck sits on 6- to 8-foot-deep canal that leads right to Pascagoula River. You will see many bird species. The Deck has a beautiful full view of protected watershed and marshes of the Pascagoula River. Birders will love the close-up connection you get. Fish right off the dock! FIsh in River are TROUT,CHANNEL CAT,SUNFISH,BLUGILL,BASS,DRUM,SNAPPER. Mornings are nature at its best. Birds singing and flying everywhere to start the day. Pelicans are extremely common, and you can see them up close a lot with ducks as well. You may also see an occasional Alligator swim by. Inside is Huge Master suite has its own bathroom away from others with shower. Other bathroom has a tub/shower. We even have a step so little ones can reach the sink. We have done everything with you in mind. Each room has fully made quality beds with two pillows for each person. Extra blankets and pillows. Towels, wash clothes and hand towels provided as well as Tide pod for wash. Free Washer and Dryer use. Small shampoo bottle and hand cream for bathrooms as well as small bars of soap. Toilet paper is provided for length of stay in mind as well as how many people. Some Coffee pods are available with sugar as well as some tea or instant coffee to get you started. Beds are very comfortable, and two rooms have a multi color LED light for fun as well as two blue tooth music speaker. Kitchen has coffee pods and full pot of coffee option. Some of the other items included in the fully stocked kitchen is dishwasher, cutting board, dish clothes, dish dryer, chopper, frier, blender, rice cooker, different size pots many different utensils as well as for grilling and much more. Even at night the lights we have added, enhance the beauty. LITTLE ONES LOVE THE PLAY KITCHEN in one of the rooms with some books and various toddler toys as well as cd movies. The large game room has foosball, stand up Arcade and card table with chairs. There are many standard board games cards and dice. We also have a Large Jenga game, Cornhole, Croquet and Raquetball as well as pool toys. 2 Dog limit under 50 lbs. with prior approval for $99 for the entire stay. They must be on a leash and not aggressive. Must be caged when gone if you have dogs that may problems to the house. We do not allow other pets as we are severely allergic to cats and other animals. There is a $200.00 fee for each dog not pre-registered. See house rules for more. Yard is not fully fenced in but there is a leash on side of house for smaller dogs to chill but not too long to get in river. There is a playpen as well as sippy cups and a LOT more extras. First aid kit as well as fire alarms. Although it meets federal safety standards, this Mississippi town still has tinted water. A new initiative and funding have been launched for the upgrade, but it will be another year or so. No worries we have provided a water dispenser with complimentary five-gallon water jugs for drinking. They provide hot and cold water. Must be able to put hot tub cover and off and children under 14 must have adult present in pool and Hot tub. Young children will have to be monitored all the time because of River in back especially. THE FENCE IS JUST A deterrent. Guest access Guests can go anywhere in the house except for Cleaning Closet, garage, and neighbors yard. Please also stay on decking area as opposed to areas by the deck where concrete is off of pilings.
