The space Welcome to "Aramis," one of the four uniquely designed apartments in the "The Musketeers" project, nestled in a rare Old Yerevan building made from black tuff. "Aramis," along with its counterparts "Porthos," "Athos," and "D'Artagnan," blends historical charm with modern luxury just a 2-minute walk from Saryan Street. Building: "Aramis" resides in a beautifully converted old Yerevan building, where the original black tuff exterior has been preserved, offering an authentic taste of the city's rich architectural heritage. Living Room and Kitchen: As you enter "Aramis," the fully equipped kitchen on your left includes ample storage, a stove, and a fridge. The left side of the room features three large windows, ushering in abundant natural light. The interior walls, showcasing the old tuff, create a unique atmosphere where old-world charm meets modern comfort and style. Bedroom: This area is furnished with a king-size bed with a premium mattress, a quaint sitting corner with a coffee table, and bedside tables with lamps, perfect for a relaxing read. Bathroom: The bathroom in "Aramis" is fitted with new premium tiles, an LED-lit mirror, a cabinet and vanity unit, and a high-quality shower offering excellent water pressure and premium taps. As with all Hotelise properties, we are delighted to provide organic and sustainable toiletries from GFL. "Aramis" is the smallest studio- apartment among those four promising a memorable stay in the heart of the city with its unique blend of Yerevan's historical architecture and contemporary comfort. Other things to note 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
