No loud music outside the house or by the pool after hours 9pm or after. - Property can accommodate up to 8 cars parking. 4 cars at the garage/driveway. Additional cars must park in front of the house. Please avoid blocking neighbors driveway or park on either side of Shoreham Dr. - Please only smoke on premises i.e. patio or pool area, do not smoke outside of premises i.e. on the street - Please do not use towels in the house at pool area due to chlorine. There will be separate towels designated by the pool - Thermostats can only be adjusted between 67F-78F (similar to hotel temperature setting) - 3 outdoor cameras (doorbell, by the garage and backyard) on property for security purposes. Guests should be aware of them. - Please do not litter on the premises/streets. Always keep trash in the bags. Any large party leaves excessive amount of trash or requires deep cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee after check-out. Guest access Guests are able to access anywhere on the property.
