The space Our apartment is on the 3rd floor only a few steps from the pool and the BEACH. BOSQUE DEL MAR is a very relaxing complex located in Rio Grande, on the northeast area of Puerto Rico, only 35 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU) and close to many restaurants, attractions and only 5 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. This two story penthouse unit is fully equipped: • Living/ Dining room area is very spacious with an open floor concept that includes, big comfy sofa, chairs, Smart TV, WIFI, 2 balconies, dining table, AC and more. A half bathroom and a closet with all the beach equipment is also available on that floor. • Kitchen has everything you need: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Pot & Pans, Glass plates, glasses, cups, mugs, knifes, utensils and lots of cabinet space… YOU JUST NEED to bring your food! • Balconies with plenty of beach towel hooks. (We do ask you to please don't hang towels in the verandah). • As you go up to the second floor you'll find an open loft that looks down to the living/dinning room area. We have a desk area and a Foosball Table. • Master Bedroom has a king size bed with fresh linens, Sofa bed (twin), Smart TV, WIFI, AC, balcony, walk-in closet and on suite bathroom. The sink is separate from the toilet and bathtub which makes it easier to work around. • Second bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh linens, TV, closet, AC, and balcony with great views out to the pool and complex grounds. • Third bedroom has twin bunk bed and another single twin bed all with fresh linen, closet and fresh towels. • Second bathroom is very spacious and it also have the sink separate from the toilet and bathtub which makes it easy for the whole family to work around. • Big dreamy terrace with incredible views. • Laundry is set up with washer, dryer and a sink. • We have 2 parking spaces available. Guest access The unit is completely yours during your stay. - We have a Lock box with the keys for Self Check-In. - Inside the unit we have a closed closet and a pantry with owners personal belonging. Everything else is yours to used while you're here. - Gated complex with 24 hour security and cameras. - The complex has direct private access to beach. An access key will be provided. (Replacement Keys are $75) - Communal family-friendly pool, Tennis and Pickleball Courts*, Kids playground, basketball, beach soccer court and a golf* putting green. *For some of the area reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability. Please contact us if you are interested in using the areas. Other things to note SECURITY: Guards will register your vehicle upon arrival for access. Security works 24/7. PARKING: Use only designated spaces #006/007. BEACH Keys & Gate Opener: Found on the counter. You may keep the gate opener in your car but must return it before checkout (Replacement cost $75 each) AC & LIGHTS: Please turn off the AC and lights when not in use to help conserve energy. WATER HEATER: Switch near the kitchen light must be ON to work. STORM SHUTTERS: Some are automatically operated. Always press STOP when opening/closing. Do not operate manually. TRASH: Dispose of trash in the dumpster located by the exit gate. No trash bags in hallways at any time. BEACH CHAIRS: Available for your use. Store them back in their place after use. Yo can leave them out in the balcony during your stay. BEACH TOWELS: Do not hang on the balcony. Use provided hooks. SOFA & BEDS: Avoid sitting or lying on them with wet clothing or towels. WACHER & DRYER: Do not overload. Clean the dryer filter after each use. OWNER's STORAGE: Personal items are stored inside some lock closets—We do ask that you respectfully refrain from those areas. OUR COMPLEX: POOL AREA: Enjoy our amenities. Please follow posted pool rules. No food or drinks inside or on the pool’s borders. Cameras monitor the area 24/7. Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM OUTDOOR SHOWER: Use it to rinse off sand before entering the unit. BEACH: We have a direct private beach access, Swim at your own risk, No lifeguard on duty. SPORTS & Recreation: • Basketball court • Tennis & Pickleball courts* • Soccer / Sand Volleyball area • Kids’ playground • Golf putting green* • Gazebos ICE MACHINE: Bags of ice are available for purchase at the guard post.
