Other things to note •The parking area in front of the home is public and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While a space is typically available near the house, on-site parking cannot be guaranteed. If the spaces are occupied, free street parking is available nearby. Out of courtesy to our neighbors, we ask guests to park only one vehicle in front of the home and leave room for others using the area. •We provide beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and a cooler for you to enjoy during your stay. •The living room features a smart TV with high-speed fiber optic internet, allowing you to access your favorite streaming apps. •As with much of Puerto Rico, electricity and water outages can occur, sometimes without notice. To help during disruptions, we provide battery-powered fans, lanterns, and a power supply for charging personal devices. •The fiber optic internet has a small battery backup, which can keep service running during short power interruptions (up to a couple of hours). However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages. If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist in getting service restored as quickly as possible. •While we provide supplementary amenities to help during extended power outages, we do not offer refunds or financial compensation for circumstances beyond our control.
