My Belvedere

Mon Belvédère is a recent house of 100 m2 at the foot of the Pyrenees, nestled in a private green area of 2300 m2. It is located high up and facing the top of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre. From its Belvedere, you can enjoy the surrounding wooded hills and the unobstructed views of nature and the Pyrenean peaks. The space My Belvedere is open to the outdoors thanks to its large bay and many glass openings that make room for the contemplation of the surrounding nature. A large room of 45 m2 including an entrance, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room will allow you to have a good convivial time. An original master suite with a 160 bed open with bathtub, Italian shower, sink, toilet, dressing room is offered as well as a second bedroom with a 160 bed and a private shower room and toilet. Concerned and environmentally friendly, my home is equipped with photovoltaic panels, selective sorting, a composter and a socket to charge your electric car. You will be able to graciously charge your car on the sole condition of respecting off-peak hours (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Two small people live permanently on the premises: Minou and Minette! They are independent and have their garden shed behind the house. They will be very discreet and ask to respect their tranquility! Thank you. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity (2kms) of the Lac de l 'Stop Darré, you can take advantage of this relaxation area to hike around the lake, paddleboard, fish, enjoy games for small children, and eat or drink a refreshment at the friendly Guinguette of the lake. Located at the crossroads of all the mountain valleys offered by the Hautes Pyrenees department: 20 kms (31mn) from Bagnères de Bigorre, a spa town that marks the departure to the Haut Adour Valley with its famous Pic du Midi, its mythical Aspin and Tourmalet passes, its lake of Payolle (51 minutes), its mountain villages, its ski resorts La Mongie Grand Domaine du Tourmalet (1 hour), its majestic hikes to the most beautiful lakes such as Lac Bleu in the Chiroulet Valley (39 minutes)... 32 km (35 min) from Lourdes, a Marian city that marks the departure to the valleys of Val d 'Azun, Cauteret (1h11), the magnificent Cirque de Gavarnie classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site (1h49), the impressive Pont d' Espagne ( 1h26)... 31 kms (28 min) from Lannemezan, departure for the valleys of Saint Larry (1 h), Arreau (50mn), Loudenvielle (1h10), and by the Col d 'Aragnouet road to Spain direction Bielsa (1h51) and Ainsa and its crystal clear water canyons.
