Lookout Studio - a cozy little spot for one or two, a 1 block walk to all that Wallace has to offer! With a full bathroom, kitchenette room, main room with queen bed and two comfy Pottery Barn lounge chairs, and laundry area, Lookout studio is a beautiful place to sleep for a stay. The Barnard Stockbridge historic photography museum is just a few steps away, and stroll a block further to be in the downtown Wallace core with all the shops, museums, bars, restaurants, and activities. The space Lookout studio is very, very cozy. And by cozy we mean both comfortable and peaceful! Lookout stdio's entry is under a dramatic gable. There is one main room with a comfy queen bed, lounge chairs, side tables, TV, and a console table. It’s stylish and cute. Lookout studio offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette room with mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, coffee maker, dishes, etc., and a private laundry area in the “sun room” entry with coin-operated washer and dryer. This is not a luxurious place to stay, but it is cute and comfortable and will meet a traveler’s needs, especially for travelers on a budget. And the location is very convenient to all this fun historic town has to offer, plus short drives to Lookout Pass ski resort, Silver Mountain ski resort, the Route of the Hiawatha bike trail, the Pulaski hiking trail, miles of ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails including Moon Pass, and so much more! This studio is one unit of a 3-unit historic home, with its own private entrance and parking area at the back of the house. There are long-term tenants in the upstairs unit, and the front of the first floor is the owner’s vacation quarters. Lookout studio guests have the back gabled entrance and backyard area to themselves. Please note that the picture of the front of the house is just to show what the whole house looks like & there is am easy passage to the back entry. The front porch is not usable for guests. Guest access Lookout Studio guests will have the backyard area to themselves, which is where the parking and entrance is for this unit. The other units in this house utilize the front of the house for access and parking. Other things to note This studio is located on the first floor of a home that has long-term tenants upstairs and the homeowner’s vacation quarters at the front of the first floor. This unit has its own entrance and private parking area at the back of the house; guests may never see or hear the other tenants.
