Very close to Metro, Metrobus or Ecobici (requiers sign up) plenty of cabs and Uber’s available. The space Contemporary flat, recently renovated with new appliances, linen and fittings. Cosy interior with a unique mural by famous artist Seher one. The flat has two separate bedrooms, with separate shower, and a spacious living, dining, kitchen and laundry area. The building has been recently constructed, has security 24x7, parking space with valet parking, 24 hour gym, a roof terrace and a multi purpose communal room. The flat has access via two lifts for convenience with heavy luggage or supermarket stuff. The flat has small windows but it they are enhanced with extract fans in the kitchen area and toilet area. The property complies with local regulations in terms of ventilation area. The flat also has potable water with a three way system filter with a small tap available at the kitchen sink (small right hand side). This water has better quality than any other plastic water bottle, so please avoid buying these. Stays longer than 7no days the guest will have to pay the cleaner $22.5 USD per weekly visit. She washes towels and bed sheets, and changes the bed sheets, cleans the whole flat. This ensures that dust and dirt does not build up so you and other guests enjoy a clean & healthy environment. Guest access Guest access is possible via reception. The building has 24x7 security and CCTV for your own security. Please beware the flat is let as it is! This is not a 5 star hotel. For stays longer than 5 days, a cleaner will do the flat once a week with a cost to ve paid by the guest of $500 MXN per visit.
