The unit is for the people registered only. The HOA president lives in the building and parties will be immediately reported and the reservation will be cancelled. In bedroom King size bed, adjustable to 2 twin. Walk-in closet with plenty of dresser space. An electric fireplace (with or without heat) with TV above. Also, charging stations for your convenience. In living area, leather queen foam mattress or twin foam mattress sofa beds and one rollaway. A new 50” smart TV and workspace charging stations. In the kitchen a fully functioning area with all the needed appliances. This unit utilizes the building WiFi therefore the reliability of the service can be spotty on occasion. Guest access Shared outdoor grill and fob accessed heated pool both well maintained, with the pool patio perfect for sun bathing. **Pool open Sunrise to Sunset** The 1st floor shared laundry room, accessed at the back of the building, provides debit/credit operated Aaxon pay per load washers and dryers. Other things to note *****Important***** The spa is still out of use as construction and permitting continues to be an issue. We currently do not have a timeframe for completion. Please ask about spa availability if this is important to you. The pest control for the building will need access to the unit the 3rd week of the month(typically on a Wednesday). The pest control person will only need access for a few minutes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Discard trash in Dumpster around corner of Unit 1. Please refrain from hanging towels and/or swimsuits on the walkway railing. Sometimes a late checkout may be available. If you desire a checkout later than the checkout time of 11am then please feel free to inquire. When possible we will be able to extend to Noon provided it doesn't interfere with cleaning and setting up the room for the next stay. When wanting a checkout later than Noon there will be a $25 per hour charge (there is no guarantee that a late checkout will be available but no harm in asking).
