Nice recent apartment adjoining the family home, fully equipped in the quiet countryside with independent access. Ideal for a couple, accommodating up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Note the presence of a very affectionate big dog on the property. Bar, tobacco, grocery store, bread depot 200 m away. Ideally located 12 km from Bernay, 10 km from La Barre en Ouche. About 1 hour from the coast (60 km) The space 18 m² apartment comprising on the ground floor a small kitchen equipped with all the comforts, sofa bed with connected flat screen. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160 by 200 cm bed, a flat-screen TV, and a shower room with toilet. Other things to note We provide our swimming pool (above ground and unheated, dimensions 610 x 366 x 122 cm), however due to the proximity of our home we ask for quiet after 8 p.m. The handrail of the staircase is being manufactured. We recommend the utmost caution when using it, as it is quite steep, especially for children who must be supervised (apartment not suitable for small children). Possibility of activities upon request: - Bike rental - quad bike baptism - introduction to lead shooting We do not charge a cleaning fee but ask that the accommodation be returned as clean as when you arrived. If not, we may be required to charge you an additional fee.
