Ideal for a couple, accommodating up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Note the presence of a very affectionate big dog on the property. Bar, tobacco, grocery store, bread depot 200 m away. Ideally located 12 km from Bernay, 10 km from La Barre en Ouche. About 1 hour from the coast (60 km) The space 18 m² apartment comprising on the ground floor a small kitchen equipped with all the comforts, sofa bed with connected flat screen. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160 by 200 cm bed, a flat-screen TV, and a shower room with toilet. Guest access All information will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival Other things to note We make our shared swimming pool available (above ground and unheated, dimensions 610 x 366 x 122 cm) from the beginning of June to the end of September. However, due to the proximity of our home, we ask for quiet from 8 p.m. The staircase handrail is currently being manufactured. We recommend that you exercise the utmost caution when using it, as it is quite steep, especially for children, who must be supervised (the apartment is not very suitable and is not recommended for young children). The floor is attic-style, which might bother older guests.
