Studio/Loft "Montevideo", near Toulouse

You will love sleeping in the dark and total calm... this elegant room is located in our wine cellar, you have 30 m2 just for you with kitchenette, living room and private shower room and toilet. From the living room, you can access a very bright living space of 50 m2 with independent entrance on the ground floor. You have a space to work, read, treadmill, and other sports equipment. The space the night area does not have windows, it is the living room, next to the bedroom/bathroom, which is very bright and with an independent exit to the outside Guest access You will have exclusive access to the bedroom and private shower room/toilet. There is a kitchenette but cooking is not allowed, only microwave heating. You will have a kettle and a fridge. You will have access to a living area with separate entrance which communicates with the house upstairs by an internal staircase. I could come down occasionally but in general I like to leave guests in total privacy. You can also access the garden and pool, the latter considered "common areas". Other things to note Breakfast is not included in this package; however, you can order it the day before and pay for it when you check out
