Go kayaking or hang out in the downstairs bar area equipped with TV and music. The space The property is the near the water, so the living quarters are elevated. All bedrooms, baths, living room and kitchen are all upstairs. There is a great bar and entertainment area downstairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and downstairs closet. Other things to note NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED!! This is a quiet neighborhood.
