French doors extend your living space to outside with loads of outdoor space to relax in Two of the three bedrooms are accessible to all guests including 3 wc’s with 2 showers and 1 bath Garden is not overlooked by any neighbours so u have the luxury of private outdoor space This house is perfect for holidaying seeing all the famous Scottish history but also quite if you are looking to sleep soundly or work from home. We can switch on the hot tub by request with an extra charge. We are very central to the main city’s of Scotland Inside, the home is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable experience. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable beds, and all the essentials for a stress-free stay. The detached layout means total privacy, letting you relax completely in your own space. Whether you’re looking to recharge, celebrate a special occasion, or simply escape for a few days, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Guest access We have 3 bedrooms only one bedroom and the loft space is not accessible to guests the remaining bedrooms have on double bed and one super king bed we say sleeps 5 but this would be only comfortable for 4 adults and one child If there is 5 adults one would have to have the living room sofa which would incur a charge 3.
