The space Located just a short 4-minute drive from the picturesque Fomm ir-Riħ Bay and a 10-minute drive from the historic capital city of Mdina, Baħria provides you with a whole brand new 3-bedroom home, complete with all the amenities you could possibly need. This entire home completely furnished in the Autumn of 2023, comprises of a spacious sitting room on entrance with access to a good sized balcony with stunning views and outdoor seating. We take pride in treating our guests to a bottle of wine or a similar beverage together with a tray of Aperitivo to share while enjoying the views. Baħria offers 2 fully airconditioned double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom including all comfortable amenities such as good quality orthopaedic bedding, very spacious wardrobes including quality hangers, 2 types of pillows, extra blankets, robes and slippers. A baby cot is also available on request with ample room to set in one of the 2 double bedrooms. The single bedroom also includes a dedicated workstation. A fully equipped kitchen including a large dining table, fully sized fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, French Press, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary commodities for breakfast and home cooked meals will surely enhance every stay. The kitchen table is large enough to double up as a comfortable workstation. On arrival we provide our guests with an array of complimentary items including a breakfast bar with a selection of cereals, milk and other condiments, as well as bread, butter, eggs, ham and cheese for those first couple of days. We provide each of our guests with a bottle of water and a selection of teas and coffees including English breakfast tea, herbal teas, instant coffee, grinded coffee beans for French Press or Cafetière as well as Nespresso coffee pods. In the kitchen we also provide additional amenities to make every home cooked meal easier, such as cooking oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and an array of herbs and spices. Our guests may choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room, the balcony or the roof terrace weather permitting as well as on a bistro table overseeing the sea and country views from our sitting room in colder months. The property offers a fully equipped bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower as well as another toilet room facility on the top floor for larger groups. The bathroom and spare toilet are both supplied with face, hand and bath towels. We also provide full sized hand wash, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. A large roof the size of the entire property is also available with outdoor seating and sun loungers. The washroom includes a washing machine and toilet facilities. We also provide washing liquid in the laundry room. While information is provided we also meet our guests on check-in to provide them with any information about the property, the surroundings or any questions they may have. Guest access Our Apartment is very large and spacious. It can be used by 1 group at a time and is not shared with other guests. Guests can choose between a double or a single room set up and the number of bedrooms is set according to the number of people booked as well as the guests' preference. Other things to note We love what we do and we are happy to be here for you! Before and throughout your stay! Late flight? No problem! We offer late/24hr In-Person Check-In, any time after 3pm. Unique door code. Guides for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches and tailored recommendations. We provide beach towels so that you won't have to carry them in your bags. No liquids? No problem! We provide full sized hand wash, bath wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. We provide a bottle of water for each of our guests. We treat you to a bottle of wine (or similar) and an Aperitivo tray to share. We also provide a breakfast bar including various sweet and savoury items for the first couple of days. We also provide an array of teas and coffees including Nespresso coffee pods to elevate your stay! We provide our guests with free guides for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, hiking as well as other seasonal guides to help our guests make the most of their stay with us in Malta & Gozo.
