Our apartment "Friesenbude" has been newly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in the maritime living style and is inviting for relaxation with the North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the ground floor apartment make vacation feelings come up. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, in about 1900 m. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars. The space Our cozy and lovingly furnished ground floor apartment is equipped for max. 3 people. Even the smallest guests are welcome here. We are also happy to set up a travel bed and high chair. Sleeping arrangements include the bedroom, with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed and the sofa bed (with a real mattress) with a lying area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m in the living room of the apartment. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is the dining area. The living room is adjacent to the dining area and, in addition to the sofa bed, also has a TV. There is also a renovated bathroom with a shower. The garden with terrace is equipped with seating. In addition, the apartment has a free car parking space and free Wi-Fi. Important! Please bring your own towels and bed linen. If you would like to book bed linen and towels, please be sure to let us know in advance. Bed linen 10 euros per person Towels 10 euros per package. In our lockable garden house, you are welcome to store and load your e-bikes. Our house has a wallbox to load your electric car. This will be charged separately. Our vacation home is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. Free parking is right in front of our house. Our basic amenities include : paper towels, toilet/paper, dishwasher/ tabs, detergent, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, emergency hygiene items, and much more. For large families who are planning an unforgettable holiday together, we offer the opportunity to book up to four of our wonderful apartments at the same time, if available. Our lovingly designed accommodation in a semi-detached house. This diverse selection gives you the chance to work with the whole family for up to 15 people. We would be extremely happy to warmly welcome your large family to our comfortable apartments and prepare an unforgettable stay for you. Guest access The whole ground floor. The apartment is at ground level with no steps. Other things to note Please note a final cleaning fee of 70 euros applies. Important! Please bring your own towels and bed linen or available for a fee of 10 euros per person. However, we will be happy to provide you with a travel cot without bed linen and a high chair. The fees for the North Sea Service Card (tourist tax) are due 7 days before the start of the trip to the account provided by us A deposit of 40€ is due for the use of the wallbox. The deposit will be charged to the actual costs (50ct per KWh) and refunded.
