Our apartment "Friesenbude" has been freshly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in a maritime style and is inviting for relaxation with North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the proximity to the beach of the ground floor apartment make you feel like you are on vacation. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, about 1900 m away. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars. The space Our cozy and lovingly furnished ground floor apartment is equipped for a maximum of 3 people. Even the smallest guests are welcome here. We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair. Sleeping accommodations include the bedroom with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed and the sofa bed (with a real mattress) with a lying area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m in the living room of the apartment. The dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen. The living room is adjacent to the dining area and has a TV in addition to the sofa bed. There is also a renovated bathroom with a shower. The garden with terrace is equipped with seating. The apartment also has a free parking space and free Wi-Fi. Important! Please bring your own towels, or they can be booked for a rental fee of 10 euros per person. In our lockable garden shed, you can park and charge your e-bikes. Our house has a wallbox for charging your electric car. This will be charged separately. Our vacation home is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. Free parking is right in front of our house. Our basic equipment includes: paper towels, toilet/paper, dishwashwasher tabs, detergent, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, hygiene items for emergencies, and much more. For large families planning an unforgettable vacation together, we offer the option to book up to four of our wonderful apartments at the same time, subject to availability. Our lovingly designed accommodations in a semi-detached house. This diverse selection gives you the chance to create space for up to 15 people together with the whole family. We would be delighted to welcome your large family to our comfortable apartments and make your stay unforgettable. Guest access The whole ground floor. The apartment is at ground level with no steps. Other things to note Please note that a final cleaning fee of 89 euros (incl. bed linen) applies. Important! Please bring your own towels or rent them from us for a fee of 10 euros per person and package. However, we will gladly provide you with a travel bed without bed linen and a high chair. The fees for the North Sea ServiceCard (tourist tax) are due 7 days before the start of the trip to the account specified by us A deposit of €40 is due for the use of the wallbox. The security deposit will be offset against the actual costs (50 cents per kWh) and refunded.
