The space Our beautiful, renovated home has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces, a gorgeous kitchen with a semi butlers pantry which opens up via double French doors and a huge gas strut servery window to a stunning covered pool side patio. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the custom made built in BBQ, or laze on the daybed while catching some rays in our fully heated pool. There are pool toys and floating bean bags for you to relax on, or curl up in one of the hanging chairs with a good book or a glass of wine. Gather the family by the outdoor fire pit or kick back in one of the two designer lounge spaces and watch a Netflix movie. Or why not challenge the kids to a game of basketball with our custom made hoop and backboard. The opportunities are endless! The master bedroom has a stunning open plan bathroom with a custom made vanity and deep soaking bath, and a large walk in closet behind the plush queen bed. Bedrooms two has a large, comfortable queen bed and views out to the pool. Bedroom three has a cozy double, while bed four is a king single which easily converts to two single beds or a king depending on the configuration required. Bed five has a queen bed. The bedrooms have smart TVs and Netflix. There is high speed unlimited wifi throughout the house. The main bathroom is a brand new stunning Palm Springs inspired wet room with a large shower, bath and custom vanity. The open plan indoor/outdoor kitchen is absolutely stunning with a huge 30mm stone bench top, hand made Italian tile backsplash and unique semi butlers pantry with all the mod cons and appliances you require to cook up a storm. The fully equipped laundry will make you smile with its pink tiles and quirky accents. No need to make laundry a chore here! You will have a large washer, dryer, ironing board and hand crafted drying rack. The custom made office nook includes ample space for two, and has a printer and unlimited high speed wi fi. Enjoy the luxury of a fully ducted air-conditioning system with individually controlled vents to every room, as well as ceiling fans. Our home is located 900m from Alex Beach, and 1.3km from Mooloolaba beach. A relaxing 15 min stroll or a 2 minute drive will have your feet sinking into the sand. We are a 50 metre walk from the Emerald Springs Shopping Village, which boasts an IGA, Bottle Shop and award winning Fish and Chip shop which hosts live weekend music. Enjoy this peaceful pocket of Mooloolaba, yet still be within minutes walk from blissful beaches and lively cafes, restaurants and bars. We have a strict no party policy, so bookings for events or large gatherings will not be accepted. Guest access Everything in our home is available for use except for access to the side carport and one additional bedroom at the front of the house which is locked off. Please note the property care taker resides in a separate studio which is private and locked off, you may see them entering the side gate access on occasion. You will have the entire house and outdoor space to yourself, please make yourself at home! Other things to note For the safety of our guests and to protect our home, we have two external street facing building security cameras placed in front of the property. We are a smoke free home and small pets will be accepted on request. We do ask for pets to remain outside only. Additional cleaning fees will be required if this rule is not adhered to.
