Our home is a custom build that we designed to create a modern, luxury experience with the benefits of a private, forested retreat. The interior has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, heated concrete floors, a chef's kitchen, a dedicated workspace for remote employees, large windows to let in the natural light and peekaboo water views. Situated on 4-acres of partially wooded land, a 450 square foot deck is outfitted with a gas fireplace, 6-person hot tub and a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. The space We built and designed this home by ourselves and are excited to share it with others! It has 16' ceilings, huge windows and an open floor plan that focuses on both function and entertainment. Highlights include heated concrete floors, a poured-in-place concrete island with bar seating, a see-through fireplace with a floor to ceiling tiger-wood surround, a master bath suite with a 2-person soaker tub, an expansive deck for morning yoga and evening hot tubbing, and a chef's kitchen outfitted with a 5-burner dual-fuel propane range and Aerotech convection oven. Kitchen - Dual-fuel range, convection microwave, pot-filler, built-in double-drawer dishwasher, 27 cu ft. fridge with icemaker, custom pantry with pull-out shelving, and 30" extra wide counters. We love to cook, so the kitchen is stocked with all the typical cooking and baking ware & utensils, as well as coffee & creamer pods for the Keurig, ground coffee, sugar, oil & vinegar, spices, tin foil, wax paper, baggies, chip clips, BBQ skewers, etc. Deck - 450 sq foot deck with 48" concrete propane fireplace, 6-person hot tub, propane BBQ, couch seating for 6 + additional chairs. Master Suite - king-sized bed, memory foam mattress, large windows with forest/sunset views and direct access to the deck and hot tub. Ensuite bathroom with a 2-person soaking tub and a 2-person shower with bench and rain shower. Bedroom 2 / Office - queen-sized bed, memory foam mattress, large windows with forest/sunset views, office nook with a motorized sit-to-stand desk and office chair. Spare monitor & cables, keyboard, mouse, and USB outlets available. Adjacent to the second full bathroom. Bedroom 3 - queen-sized bed, memory foam mattress, large window, adjacent to the second full bathroom. All bedrooms have standing fans and large windows for cross-breeze. Both bathrooms have complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, lotion, tissues, Q-Tip's and make-up removal towels. Hot tub / beach towels and outdoor blankets also provided. Guest access The house, deck and yard are entirely yours. We live in an ADU approximately 150 ft. from the residence but will respect the privacy and level of interaction preferred by any tenant. We do have a dog - a friendly, 3 yr. old Vizsla named Copper who is happy to share the property. If you or a family member are uncomfortable around dogs, please let us know so we can ensure he doesn't bother you. Other things to note Storage: The house does not have an attached garage, however, if you have bikes or other items that require storage, we are happy to make space available in our shop.
