EMMA-A beautiful room in an old heritage farmhouse

We would love to welcome you into our cosy Emma room, which is located in our farmhouse, which is one of the oldest heritage sites in Millinge, located close to the beach and beautiful nature reserves, making it a really special place to stay. Centrally located in Funen, it is a lovely home away from home that lets you visit and explore some of Denmark’s most special places while enjoying nature, calm and care in our wonderful home with a large garden and great views. The space Unique in its size and cosiness, this lovely room is a place to relax and unwind with a beautiful blend of modern design and traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship. Whether you feel like reading a good book, pouring yourself a nice glass of wine, taking a long, warm shower, having a good conversation or just simply be and relax, this room really is such a place to return to after an active day of sightseeing or exploring the area. After a lovely day, you are more than welcome to enjoy yourself in our charming garden, where you can unwind in a secluded corner, sit on the terrace, pluck some fruits from one of our many trees or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. What you’ll find in this room, in short: - A bathroom with a shower and amenities, such as a hairdryer, bath products, and an iron board. - A 180 x 200 king-size bed especially created by Lukas' brother, Jakob, for Solbjerggaard - Complimentary Wi-fi, a television and a Chromecast - Teas and a French Press - Scandinavian bedlinen, towels and a wardrobe - Organic shampoo, conditioner and soap Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased for DKK 145 per person per day. Guest access You will have your own wonderful private apartment and you are also so welcome to enjoy our beautiful garden where you can wander, explore, read a book, watch the sun set or pluck some fruits from one of our many trees. During your stay Throughout your stay I'm more than happy to help you with anything you might need. Other things to note In our experience, Solbjerggaard really feels like the most beautiful, inviting and characteristic home away from home. We have decorated this room and all other apartments to create a sense of warmth and cosiness, allowing you to sit back at the end of a beautiful day while playing a game (of cards), reading a book, listening to lovely music, enjoying conversations with the fellow guests, getting yourself some delicious treats or simply relaxing and hearing your own thoughts. Our biggest wish is that everyone that enters feels at home. A delicious breakfast, care and jazz music playing in the background, these are just some of the ways in which we hope for you to feel looked after, welcome and at ease.
