In the evening, light the fire in the brazier and relax in complete freedom outside, do yoga, or unwind after exploring the rich Friulian region. The space IMAGINE getting up in the morning, making yourself a cup of coffee and, barefoot, going out onto the dewy lawn and strolling among the chirping birds and fruit trees, sipping your first cup. Breathe in the fresh, clean air deeply and connect with the sounds of nature. Or sitting on the rocking chair and waiting for the others to wake up, each at their own pace, and finally flipping through that book that has been waiting for you for so long. Or sitting at the outdoor table and focusing on the last notes to be written before setting off to explore the region. Or playing ball with the kids and your dog, chasing each other in the lawn around the house. Or, in the morning sun, doing some yoga under the walnut tree. You can experience all this during your well-deserved vacation days in our house. The HOUSE and the GARDEN, with its lawn and fruit trees, are completely at your disposal. The large PATIO protects you from the rain and the summer heat. Here you can sip a coffee or a cold drink on the deck chair or the rocking chair. You can have breakfast in the cool of the morning and lunch outdoors at the table outside. Inside, you will find the entire living area, with a kitchenette, a dish rack, a table that can be extended to seat up to 8 people with a bench, a sofa, a TV and Wi-Fi. This area is full height, up to the ceiling with its wooden beams and exposed bricks, which is very striking. A short corridor leads to the TWO BEDROOMS, one double and one single, and to the BATHROOM with a raised bathtub and a walk-in shower. This floor is WITHOUT ELEVATION DIFFERENCES and is comfortable and suitable for those with mobility issues or who need a wheelchair. The UPPER FLOOR is accessed by climbing the beautiful internal wooden staircase, where you will find arched motifs with elegant painted decorations. Here, too, the doors are made of sanded wood that enhances the grain, adding value to the cottage's rustic atmosphere. The TWO BEDROOMS, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, overlook the rural landscape of the area. The SECOND BATHROOM with a shower stall is very bright thanks to the ceiling window with exposed beams. The MEZZANINE runs around the two perimeter walls and allows you to go outside onto the large and discreet terrace that opens onto the roof slope. Guest access All spaces (house and garden) are EXCLUSIVE for our guests. The accommodation is accessible for those with mobility problems, because it is located at STREET LEVEL and is perfect for access with wheelchairs. The property is surrounded by LIVING HEDGES that ensure excellent privacy. You can PARK in the special area on the side of the road, or along the driveway or under the porch sheltered from rain and sun. Other things to note DOGS are welcome. Here they will find space in the garden for their runs. ATTENTION to SMALL dogs: they could sneak out of the fence under the gate and the base of the hedge, as there is no net to the ground.
