Apple Tree Lodge is on a public footpath and just a stone's throw from walks through woodland, orchards, fishing lakes and Christmas trees. It is in a quiet and peaceful location, set-back from the road but in the comfort of a handful of other dwellings. It is just a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Malvern and has direct road links to Ledbury, Hereford and Worcester. Upon prior enquiry/arrangement, we can accommodate up to two children and also one well-behaved dog to stay with guests. The space A gate from the drive leads into a small grassed garden at the front of the property. The front door leads into the fully equipped kitchen and living area. Two skylight windows flood light into these spaces. The attractive kitchen has everything from built in appliances, a small dishwasher and a bean-to-cup DeLonghi coffee maker. The focal point of the living area is a charming little log burner. There is a sofa-bed which is the size of a small double when unfolded. It is suitable for two children or one adult. French doors in the living area lead out to the lodge's own grassed garden and the chicken coop, where guests are welcome to check for and use the eggs. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the back of the property. The bathroom benefits from a skylight window, light-up mirror and spacious shower. The bedroom has another smart TV and french doors out onto the lodge's own patio area, where guests can enjoy the last bit of the day's sunshine. The lodge has fixed electric radiators in all three rooms, a log burner and a modern, portable electric fan-heater. Guest access Guests will be able to drive down a shared, private track which leads to Apple Tree Lodge's parking (shared drive with main property) and private access (gate). Both are at the end of the track on the left hand-side. Once through the lodge's gate, guests have access to the front door and garden which wraps around the property and leads to a private patio area. The lodge's garden also houses a chicken coop. During their stay, guests are welcome to enter the coop, check for eggs and use any they collect. Next the the shared drive there is a public gate and footpath leading to orchards, meadows and woodland. Other things to note Apple Tree Lodge is situated at the bottom of the main property's back garden (approximately 15 metres away). Fencing, hedge plants and a small gate separate the two gardens and guests must not access the main property's garden during their stay. No one other than the agreed and booked guests are permitted to stay in the property.
