Welcome to our house, ideal for gathering with family and friends. On the border of the Yvelines, located in a countryside village of the Eure-et-Loir, you will find all amenities 10 minutes away (Houdan or Dreux). Enjoy easy access to Paris (40 min Porte d'Auteuil) and Versailles (30 min). Lose yourself in the small villages to discover many places that will delight your taste buds. The train station is 1 km from the house. (Line N Paris Montparnasse-Dreux). The space The house consists of one floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet. A master suite on the ground floor with dressing room and private shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. In total 4 bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 bed, possibility of 2 extra beds on the sofa bed, bed linen and towels included. Available 1 folding foam mattress with bed linen (1 child's place) as well as a baby bed with a comfortable mattress and fitted sheet that can be put in the bedrooms, 1 high chair (Ikea Antilop) The living room includes an open kitchen, a comfortable living room with a corner sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a table for sharing your meals. You will have access to a laundry room where the washing machine, dryer and cleaning products are located. In the garden you can enjoy a terrace with its garden table for lunch in the sun and your children can have fun on the playground with swings and slide. Guest access Check-in is autonomous with a connected lock. Please let us know what time you would like to arrive and according to the booking schedule and our common schedules, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
