This beautiful newly built cottage is at the entrance of the city, very close to the Municipal hospital, pharmacies, supermarkets, gas stations, bakery, ice cream parlors, pizzerias... You can walk to all these places in minutes. It's practically at the entrance of the city! IMPORTANT! Our yard is shared with more houses, but we are very quiet and receptive, you will feel at ease!
