The space A few kilometers from the lively and elegant Arona, our "floating Black Pearls" are at your disposal for a unique experience, luxurious Houseboats designed by a talented yacht designer of the Politecnico di Milano in the smallest details. Opened in 2023 with very high approval from the outset, the Property has renewed the management of our Houseboats in 2024, to offer our Guests an even more unforgettable experience. We are guests of CM Nautica, a Marina that offers tranquility and privacy to our Guests, as well as numerous services (free car parking, snack bar, etc.). Our houseboats will cradle you on the water, offering you every comfort, while you can enjoy a breathtaking view, day and night. The large windows that completely surround the ground floor will offer you a unique, 360-degree view of the Marina that will host you. Sliding curtains will ensure your privacy, whenever you wish. From the upper outdoor terrace, you will enjoy an unparalleled view of the enchanting Rocca di Angera and the imposing Monte Rosa, which is snow-covered even in summer. You will have a unique experience on the water, immersed in the sounds of nature and the colors of Lake Maggiore, framed by the Alps. With a short video guide for self check-in, free WiFi in the Houseboat (unlimited Gigs, at least 22Mbps in upload and download certified by the Airbnb speed test), on the ground floor you will be welcomed by: • living room with Smart TV and sofa bed (ideal for two children, even more comfortable with an additional mattress, available in the double bed container) • kitchenette with every comfort (microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, etc.), internal shelves with accessories, cutlery, etc., four high chairs and large worktop, where you can prepare and taste breakfasts, lunches and dinners, or set up your remote workstation • double bedroom with wardrobe, towel shelf • Toilet accessible from the bedroom, with toilet, sink, and shower • double air conditioning (one for the living room, one for the bedroom) • quartz heater (in the bedroom closet), in the winter • carbon monoxide detector (between the living room and the bedroom, although the kitchen stove is induction, not gas) • fire extinguisher (in the right corner of the living room, looking towards the bedroom) • First aid kit (in the bedroom closet). Upstairs, accessible by a ladder equipped with vertical protective bars, you will find a beautiful outdoor terrace, with rigid protective cords and flexible handrails along the perimeter, equipped with: • Arebos whirlpool tub (also available in winter during daylight hours, booking in advance and compatible with weather conditions), with suggestive chromotherapy and flexible cable, for a refreshing outdoor shower • solarium-relaxation area with two-seater sofa, two armchairs, rectangular coffee table, two "chaise long" style sun loungers and "king size" umbrella • safety kit (life jacket, etc.), in the large side container. Pets are welcome, for them on the ground floor there is a bowl and pillow with sanitized cover. Intermediate linen changes and other essential services are available (minimum six nights), or with a small surcharge for shorter durations. For safety reasons, the Houseboats are always moored. Among the services available with a supplement, an unmissable motorboat trip departing from the place (with or without a captain, up to five people), or organized boat tours to the romantic and noble Borromean Islands, Isola Bella, Isola Madre and the picturesque Isola dei Pescatori. In the immediate vicinity, you can take advantage of numerous bike paths, beaches and trails for pleasant walks and excursions. You can also book electric scooters, E-bikes, Kayaks and Sup, or special equipment for water skiing, etc. With our assistance, you can also book numerous activities nearby (riding stables, horseback riding, gym, spa, etc.) Our "floating Black Pearls" are in a privileged position, both to relax between the blue sky and lake – in a lush natural setting – and to embark on pleasant excursions, by motorboat, car or bike to: • the colorful Panza, Pallavicino and Taranto Villas, with their amazing variety of colors and flowers • the lively Arona, Stresa and Verbania, renowned for lovers of worldliness • the lush Ticino Park, the imposing Monte Rosa, or the enchanting Rocca di Angera • the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso or the Monastery of Torba, for lovers of places of worship, etc. The offer is completed by numerous other services in the immediate vicinity: shopping centers - including the famous Herno Outlet, a few kilometers away - fast food, cinemas, bowling, supermarkets, etc. Our Perle Nere are easily accessible from Varese, Milan, Turin, Lugano, etc. Malpensa Airport is 19 km away and can also be reached by taxi (which can also be booked with our assistance).
