Cosy farmhouse near the beach

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Conveniently located 5min drive to Southland Shopping 10min drive to local beach. Cafe a nice 15min walk. I have only been here a few months, still some bits and bobs to finish, like wardrobes- although there are racks to hang your clothes. There is no landscaping as yet. All you need to do is sit down and relax. There is only one rule … NO SHOES INSIDE PLEASE The space Brand spanking new single storey homestead w state of the art facilities. Great neighbourhood- safe and quiet. Guest access All of the space. I do however have a tree in my driveway so it is hard to get access in there, parking in the driveway is good. No parking on the park side as I live on a corner block, there is a single line, so no cars there Other things to note Bluetooth speakers in mirrors in each bathroom- so you can play your favourite tunes whilst you shower.
